East Coast Tae Kwon Do will be having a Women’s Only Self Defense Class TONIGHT from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm. This class will be geared towards everyone regardless of ability levels. No prior martial arts experience is necessary. The class is open to all women and girls ages 13 and up. Dress will be regular athletic attire. You will learns simple and effective techniques that can be applied in real world situations. We will also go over techniques using a Self-Defense Key Chain and all participants will receive a FREE Self Defense Key Chain at the conclusion of the class. Start 2015 by becoming a part of the East Coast Tae Kwon Do family!!!
