East Coast Tae Kwon Do, located at 32B Berwick Ct. in Fairfield, will be hosting a Women’s Self Defense Class on Saturday February 22nd from 4:00pm – 6:00pm. You will learn simple, easy to master moves that can be used in a variety of real world situations. This class is open to all women and girls 13 years old and up.
