East Coast Tae Kwon Do will be hosting another Women’s Self-Defense Seminar on TONIGHT Feb 26th 2015. From 7:30-8:30 pm. This class will be geared towards everyone regardless of ability levels. No prior martial arts experience is necessary. The class is open to all women and girls ages 13 and up. Dress will be regular athletic attire.
You will learns simple and effective techniques that can be applied in real world situations. We will also go over techniques using a Self-Defense Key Chain and all participants will receive a FREE Self Defense Key Chain at the conclusion of the class. Our last class was a great success and we are looking forward to a great turnout at this class as well. Please arrive by 7:00pm in order to register so that we can begin the class promptly at 7:30
